Via the 'Head Foundation', it is our endeavor to do more and beyond by exponentially amplifying our efforts to include more initiatives that help uplift those around us and make the society more inclusive.
INITIATIVES BY HEAD FOUNDATION
We believe in giving back to the community and helping others grow and achieve their dreams as we continue working towards achieving ours. We know that supporting the communities in which we live and work is essential for the sustainable development of our nation. We put in long-term dedicated efforts to certain causes such as sanitation, education for girls and helping the differently-abled community. We make sure that we go over and above our legal mandate on CSR and put forward the humanitarian goal as the key target.
To focus our efforts and ensure efficient utilisation of funds, we have partnered with several renowned NGOs working in the field of child education, skill development, children's healthcare, cleanliness and more. These NGOs work day in and day out to empower and uplift the weaker groups.
Since 2018, HDW efforts have impacted and empowered more than 1000+ hearing impaired children to improve their reading and writing skills and get access to quality education.
UMMEED
We contributed to Ummeed's aim to enhance the education of students by providing practical learning experiences that extend beyond traditional classrooms. We have supported Ummeed provide educational tours to museums, historical sites, science centers to broaden the understanding of students on various subjects. Furthermore, support was provided for cultural experiences and hands-on workshops in art, music, science, and the environment.
CARE EDUCATIONAL TRUST:
We are proud to support the construction of Sri Krsna School of Integrated Vocational Training along with Care Educational trust, designed to provide quality education and skill development opportunities for both general and differently-abled individuals. This school aims to foster an inclusive environment where students can pursue vocational training in a variety of fields. By focusing on integrated learning, we strive to create equal opportunities for all, promoting independence, self-reliance, and dignity for every individual.
NIRMAAN ORGANISATION:
As part of our commitment to road safety, we have partnered with Nirmaan to provide specialized Driver Education programs for the Traffic Enforcement personnel of Hyderabad Traffic Police, including Sub Inspectors, Traffic Constables, and Home Guards. This initiative aims to empower them with the knowledge and skills necessary to perform their duties to the fullest extent of the law. By offering periodic refreshers on the latest traffic rules and regulations, we ensure that law enforcement officers are better equipped to enforce road safety measures, ultimately contributing to safer roads for everyone.
DIVYA DOWN'S DEVELOPMENT TRUST:
We have partnered with Divya Downs Development Trust to support the education of children with Down syndrome, aiming to provide inclusive and enriching learning environments. Through specialized educational programs, tailored resources, and trained educators, we've empowered these children to thrive academically and socially. Our commitment to inclusive education ensures that every child, regardless of ability, receives the support and opportunities they deserve to reach their full potential.
STALIN NAGAR PRIMARY SCHOOL:
Our Company has a long standing relationship with Stalin Nagar Primary School. We provide necessary financial support to the school as and when required.
